Assisted Living stakeholders can play a key role in local and statewide Age and Dementia Friendly efforts. James Fuccione from the Massachusetts Healthy Aging Collaborative will provide an overview of the Age-friendly movement and how Assisted Living providers can connect and be leaders in helping communities be great places to grow up and grow old.

This webinar will provide the basic framework of the Age and Dementia Friendly Community initiatives as well as share sources for municipal-level data and funding opportunities to help advance the movement. We will also share examples of Assisted Living providers that are engaged in the movement and the benefits of getting involved.
